**Starting off the week with fan favorite deadlifts. Maybe it’s just me being partial to deadlifts, but I’m also feeling pretty sore from 20.5 on Friday and some additional squatting I did over the weekend. Ooof! So it’ll be good to hit the hammies vs the quads.
