10 Toes to bar
**Let’s start the week on a good note with some rowing, pressing, and pulling. Move from one side of the room to the other. The weight for the thrusters should be heavy enough that you can either go unbroken (pausing, but not having to put the bar down) or can complete the reps in no more than 2 sets. Give the toes to bar a good go at it, and aim for a target if the bar is still too high for you to reach. A solid kip is foundational for this movement.
