** We’re starting off with some bench press. Remember to keep your head, shoulders, and butt on the bench, as well as your feet on the floor. STAY TIGHT! What do I mean by that? Before you press the bar out of the pins, pull your shoulder blades down into the bench, squeeze your butt, flex your quads, and drive your heels into the ground. Maintain that tension until the bar is back on the pins.

Workout has you now pressing your own body weight. With so few reps on the push ups, make sure you’re hitting FULL extension at the top. Coaches are watching you. And since I heard ’40 goblet squats was too many’ a few Saturday’s ago, here’s your chance to work on high volume squats. Anything else you want to work on in the future?
