**A bit of contrasting workouts here where we’re going for heaviest single load for the strength, then decreasing the weight on the bar and moving as quickly as possible with a little bit more complex movement with the cluster. Strength then speed.

You’re alternating reps of each movement – 2/2, 4/4, 6/6.. etc before finishing with 12 reps of each. That is, if you can finish before the 12 min time cap. For the clusters – no singles. If you do a rep and drop the barbell from overhead it doesn’t count. Minimum of 2 reps at a time. Ya feel me? Follow directions, plz.
