**We last did step back lunges on Sept 13th when the rep scheme was 4 x 8/leg. Phew! Talk about strength and cardio! Drop down the reps a bit today, but we still want you moving.

The couplet that follows contains two of my favorite movements. I’m not a fan of going heavy after squats and deadlifts, but these two will definitely put the exclamation point on today’s work. I see this as a 12-15 minute workout. The height on the swings is set to get you moving fast. Even though this is a heavier weight, I believe unbroken swings is doable. Save your hands by keeping a loose grip on the rower handle to reduce fatigue. Let your legs move you vs your hands/forearms- which muscles are bigger.
