**Following up yesterday’s push/pull double strength day has you doing a similar push/pull workout. This is “Fight Gone Bad”-style in that the clock will run for 24 minutes, and you will move from station to staion to perform as many reps as possible of each movement. For the row, you will count the number of calories you rowed during that time. No need to track reps per movement as I just want to know the total reps from all 4 movements from all 5 rounds.
