Sprints should get progressively faster, but make sure you get in some additional dynamic stretching and shorter running/line drills before taking off on that first run as we don’t want you to blow a hammy. Keep the legs churning and upper body quiet, shoulders relaxed, and think about holding raw eggs keep from balling up your fists and tensing up when you swing your arms.
