**Reminder from the newsletter that the flooring on the middle section of the rig will be getting fixed starting Thursday, so it will be off limits through the weekend. With that said, we’ll get done as much bench press as possible, and scale to floor press if interrupted by work.

We’ll continue with the horizontal press by turning over and using our body weight in the form of a push up. Combined with high box jumps and heavy-ish cleans and we’ve got a nice little triplet. The cleans I’m looking at sets of 3s on this. Can’t do it at the prescribed weight? Scale to something that allows you to do reps of 3s or unbroken. I want you to shoot for at least 6 rounds – 2 min per round.
