*As mentioned in the monthly newsletter that was sent out Monday, we’ll be deadlifting once every week the next 5 weeks. Next week it will be part of double strength day. The 5’s listed are your working sets, so take AT LEAST 3-4 sets to build up that first working set.

The workout is something to get you moving. We’ll be taking it a tad easy on these days (no *heavy* KB swings), but that doesn’t mean it won’t be a good workout. There’s definitely some volume today, but the focus is on the deadlifts.
