**OOooff!! We ready for this? Lots of push/pull body weight work and dumbbells this week, let’s trade those in for some wall balls, box jumps, and heavy dumbbells. Even as a partner workout, you’ll still get in a good amount of volume here. The wall balls and box jumps are there to “pre-exhaust” the body before the main point of the workout – the deadlift. Try to select a weight where you can do these three reps unbroken, or a three quick singles.
