What to expect:

You will be contacted within 1 business day to find a time that works for you to come into the gym.
You’ll show up to the gym, one of our coaches will spend some time learning about your past challenges and current goals.
We’ll teach you some movements and generally show you what Old City’s all about
You’ll do a workout! (yay!)
We’ll high five and see we think we can help you accomplish your goals.
If we think we can help you, we'll lay out a solid plan for getting you set up for success with our group classes.
