*After rowing 250m, you’ll do 1 clean; you’ll row another 250m, then do 2 squat cleans; you’ll row 250m a third time, and do 3 squat cleans. Every round, you’ll add 1 more clean until the 24 minutes is up.

**Pulling and more pulling. Let me correct myself and say PUSHING and more PUSHING. As with Tuesday’s snatches, today is going to be about body position on both the erg and with the barbell as the movements are very similar. Rely on your legs more than your arms. There’s always the temptation to grip it and rip it to move fast on the erg, and to get the barbell off the ground. Yes, it might work, but is it the most effective and efficient? No. You’ll likely find your pace dropping on the erg, and missing lifts because your upper body is fatigued. Take the time to set up for each lift, slow down on the erg (yes, it’s possible, and to still move fast!), and get up to 10 rounds on this one.
