**Simple workout by design taken from the theoretical template of CrossFit programming. This includes the three modalites of metabolic conditioning (run, bike, row, jump rope), weight lifting (anything with a barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, med ball, dball), and gymnastics (pull ups, push ups, sit ups, box jumps.. anything done without weight). You could say it has similarities with the girl WODs Nancy and Kelly. But it’s really a chance to run, do some overhead squats, and jump on a box.
