**Friday was a *bit* of a rest day with our double strength day. The intensity wasn’t there as it was in previous workouts this week, but hopefully that means you’re ready to crush today’s long workout.

A decent amount of pulling and pushing today. Let the arms recover on the row, and save them for the dumbbell work. As you’ve learned in the past, this movement has a lot going on! This one movement has about 6 parts to it – push up, row, cluster. Madness!! Ahh.. but keep your head. Five reps is manageable, so break each rep by each movement to get through it. Will it make the workout go by faster?? HAHAHA.. no. But it will make it a little less awful.
