**Another quick and dirty workout. The focus here is on the deadlifts. Sure, we have deadlifts in the workout that follows, but the weight is significantly less than what you’ll hit for strength. However, those cleans might slow you down a bit. I’m a fan of barbell cycling. Of course everyone wants to get through the workout as quickly as possible, but if you’re going Rx, I think you should be able to AT LEAST do the cleans in sets of 3s on the first round. And yes, you’re squatting.
