**Heavy lifting and a body weight movement. This simple combo has shown up a couple times as we want to prioritize the heavy strength movement of the day. Yesterday was grip intensive and a lot of volume, and today is quite the change of pace. How’s that grip? You’ll need it on the deadlifts, but the legs that got little use yesterday will be needed for that tabata afterwards.
