Over-Dumbbell Burpees

*Starting off the week with a little bro-sesh of bench press for a heavy 3. We’ll follow that up with an “unofficial” CrossFit Open workout of 18.0. This is a good way to get the heart pumping without diminishing your bench gainz. The reps are alternating from the ground each time and you need to make sure you take off/land with both feet when you’re hoping over the dumbbell. This is a great workout to race a buddy.
