**Slowing it down a bit today with our Olympic lifting focused double strength day. On the menu today we have a power snatch and overhead squat complex, building to a heavy double. As a reminder, that is completed as PS-OHS; PS-OHS. We did this workout 2 weeks ago on Friday, January 11th with sets of 5s for the front squats.

Technique is paramount today, as with every day, because the Olympic lifts are difficult for many. Take the time to breakdown the power snatch a little more if you’re struggling at any of the positions, or do a couple extra overhead squats to nail that depth.
