**Fun way to end the week! A little gymnasty skill work, some bike sprints, and other fun movements. All 3 should be something you can move through fairly quickly. Key thing here will remembering to breathe on all the movements, including the sit ups. I also think 14 is a good number of sit ups that most people can do fairly quickly with little to no rest. I’m slowly becoming a fan of dumbbell snatches over KB snatches. *shhh.. don’t tell my kettlebells.. ). It has nothing to do with the bell hitting the forearm or shredding my grip, but I love the transition from one hand to the next. Some might feel more comfortable switching hands with the weight on the ground, while others will be able to switch as the DB as it descends from overhead. Both options are fine, so long as both ends of the DB touch the ground.
