**The workout is a repeat from 12/18/18, and it was a previous qualifying workout for Wodapalooza 2018. We’ll be going by their standards, which can be found HERE in the workout announcement. This includes how to hold the dumbbells for the step ups (at your side) and how to properly do the Devil press (2-DB snatch after a burpee). Pretty simple, right? Nah.. this is a tough one, a tough day, but in a good way. Lower body/hip extension intensive, so make sure you’re warmed up before going HAM.
