**Here we go! I’m looking forward to a good turn out Wednesday, and back squats are a great way to start off the year. Follow that up with a little single dumbbell ditty. A good mix of movements to hit the upper and lower body. Both the lunges and snatches will be total reps, with snatches going from the ground alternating hands each time. And the lunges will be done with the DB held in the rack position. Sneaking in a little core work that way, too. Have fun with this one.
