The lecture is 100% free to anyone who’s interested. You don’t have to be an Old Cityzen to learn about how we ‘Prepare you for Life.’

So pull out your calendar. Turn it to March 29th, and make yourself an appointment with Old City for 7:30 pm. We’re really looking forward to talking about what CrossFit is and how you can use it to maximize your results!
