On Wednesday, November 11, 2015, American Express hosted a panel discussion with veteran business owners. Erin Losie was invited to travel to New York City, to join this panel of five and represent Old City CrossFit!
The hour-long panel was moderated by Denise Picket, President of U.S. Consumer Services. The discussion centered veterans using their military experience to start businesses. Erin discussed how her Marine Corps experience helped give her the confidence and perseverance to start at a company.
President Denise Picket and Senior Manager Lonelli Gonzalez praised the service and sacrifices of veterans and encouraged American Express employees to hire veterans and support veteran owned businesses.
