Huge master bedroom with en suite bath in a beautiful rowhouse one block off of H street. Available for move-in around April 15.

The room has a huge bay window and tons of closet space. The attached private bath has a jacuzzi tub and double sink. This room is perfect for a couple or one person that really likes having two sinks.

The house has recently been renovated, with a large modern kitchen (gas stove!), downstairs half bath, W/D and tons of storage space on the first floor. Bedrooms each with a private bath are on the second floor. There’s a small closed-in backyard with a grill and space for bike storage and reading outside on sunny days.

You would be sharing the house with us. We are a couple in our late 20’s working professional jobs. The roommates moving out are another couple who just bought a house. They’re moving out mid-April and our lease goes until the end of July, with potential to extend for another year.

We’re right around the block from all of the bars and restaurants on H Street. We love going out both on H St and elsewhere, cooking and watching a little TV or doing some reading downstairs. We keep the house clean and are friendly to pets (as long as they’re friendly to us!). If you need to get somewhere else, we’re about a 15 minute walk to the Metro and a bus line to downtown stops a block from the house.
