One of our core values at Old City CrossFit is to constantly pursue wisdom. Whether you’re a high-performing athlete or a relative CrossFit rookie, one simple fact is true: the more you know about your body, the better you’ll be able to use it to get what you want out of life.
This is why I want to introduce you to my good friend, Dr. Mike T. Nelson and invite you to his workshops that he will be giving at our very own Old City CrossFit on Feb 25th and 26th.
Dr. Mike knows more about the human body than anyone I’ve ever met. He’s has a PhD in Exercise Physiology, a BA in Natural Science, and an MS in Biomechanics. Dr. Mike’s been in school longer than a lot of people have been alive.
That said, Dr. Mike doesn’t just have a wall of degrees. In the world of exercise science, Dr. Mike is one of the leading experts. He’s been published in scientific journals, as well as Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Sports Illustrated, T-Nation…the list goes on.
As I said above, Dr. Mike will be giving two workshops.
One of the workshops will be on Feb 25th (Saturday) from 1 pm – 5 pm. This workshop will be on the idea of Reflexive Performance Reset (aka RPR).
