For Rent: Two bedrooms in beautifully renovated NE Capitol Hill Hill home.
Friends–
We’re looking for two roommates for our beautifully renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath NE Capitol Hill row home, just two blocks from Old City Cross Fit.
The Details
The house is a 100 year old home located at 7th and H Street NE that has been fully gutted and transformed. The location is great, just a quick walk to all the H Street hot spots, Union Station and the Capitol. In the next year there will be a Whole Foods at the end of the block.
We have two open bedrooms that share a bathroom–This is ideal for two people that know each other and are looking for a great place to live near the Capitol.
Room A: Is the smaller of the two rooms, but still has ample closet space and exposed brick. It comfortably fits a full size bed, large dresser and nightstand. Rent is $850 plus utilities (estimated average is $120 a month).
Room B: Is a large light filled bedroom with western exposure and exposed brick. It comfortably fits a queen size bed, two dressers and an over-sized reading chair. Rent is $950 plus utilities (estimated average is $120 month).
Both bedrooms can be partially furnished if need be (bed/frame, dressers).
The kitchen, living room and dining room are fully furnished so the place is move in ready for anyone that is new to town. We’re open to discussing furniture arrangements if need-be.
The Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidates for these two rooms, would be a pair of professionals in their mid to late twenties, that is fun, clean and respectful of common spaces and wouldn’t mind sharing a bathroom with one another.
About Us
There are three of us that will already be living in the house in December (Anne Marie, Lauren and Tyler). We’re professionals of politics, health and fitness, and consulting. And are a social bunch that throw great parties every once and a while, but generally enjoy quiet evenings with good food and great wine. We value comfort, privacy, safety and having a clean house–our cleaning lady Alejandra is a magician.
