**Just a day of work today. Bike, jump, push your body up/down, push weights up/down. We’ve got a slight deficit with push ups being completed with your hands on the handles, so make sure you get a good shoulder and pec stretch in before doing this movement. For the shoulder to overhead (S2OH), you can do a strict press, push, or push jerk. Heck, even a DB split jerk if that’s your fancy.

On the box jumps, you don’t need to show full hip extension before going to the other side, but you do have to jump onto the box (no jumping over) and you can’t use your hands.
