**Another fast workout, although we’re taking the weight component out of it today. Well, we’re lowering it on the second couplet, and you’ll be moving your own body weight on the first couplet. For those who can knock out double unders, the 30 reps here is something you should be able to do unbroken each round. For those having to do 1-3 singles in between DUs, you can still shoot for 30. If you’re doing more singles in between or having to stop between each dub, drop the reps down to 10 or 15. You really shouldn’t be spending more than 30 seconds on either movement.
