**If you thought your legs were sore from yesterday’s back squats, have fun with this little recovery workout. This is a take on the Hero WOD ‘Helton’. Now that you know that and have read about hero and named workouts, you can forget about how sore your legs are, you can clear your mind for 45 minutes and put 100% effort into this workout. Good physical and mental prep for “Murph” on Monday.
How do you wrap your head around such a long workout? It’s like the saying “how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” So run 1 lap, then another. Break down the cleans in sets of 3s. Take 3 steps back away from the bar to rest, walk 3 steps to the bar for yiir next set. And continue to move through the burpees.
Keep each round under 15 minutes and you’ll finish under the time cap.
