**Lots of power clean practice this week with The Chief and Grace, so hopefully you’ve got something left in the tank today for sets of 5s.
Follow this up with a ladder that increases by reps of 2 each round. For the handstand push ups and pull ups, you can go strict or kip – your choice. And for the dball shoulders, this is a good chance to try the Rx weight if you usually unsure and scale it. The time is fixed here, and if you are scaling the HSPU to knees/pike on a box and the pull ups to jumping pull ups, make the dball a little harder than normal. Another way to look at it is if you’re scaling 1 or 2 of the movements, push yourself on the other(s). Make sense?
