Okay, now that is out of the way, how ’bout those Spartan racers!!

How cool to be able to put your fitness to the test. Keep an eye out for other events coming up, possibly in the fall.

Speaking of events, I know there is the Capitol Hill Classic 10k/3k/kids fun run on Sunday, May 20th. Good luck to all those racing that day!

I’m a bit bummed as this would be the weekend of my 100 miler that I pulled out of a month ago. Needless to say, I’m not doing the CHC 10K, and instead getting out of dodge for a few days! Maybe one of the reasons for such a short post as I’m mentally already checked out. 😉

Okay, let’s keep this intro short like I said and get this posted since there’s a lot of good stuff this week. If you thought Friday was a good workout, we’ve got another great week ahead, so let’s see what’s coming up this week.

Monday – DEADLIFTS. Boom! Keep gettin’ after it.

Tuesday
– One of my favorite ‘non Hero WOD’ named WODS. A little barbell and gymnastics.

Wednesday – Back squats and “Grace”

Thursday – Long day. Bring your jump rope and some extra grit.

Friday
– Push press and more pressing. And we’ll be doing a *new* movement that competitors at Regionals will be doing. No, it’s not handstand walking.. sorry. 😉

Saturday – Power cleans (hopefully you aren’t sick of them yet) followed by a 15 min 2-by rung ladder triplet.

Sunday – Open gym + gainz club + Hero WOD + Yoga.
