*We’ve got a straight up ‘chipper’ today in the form of a ladder. There’s a lot of overhead pressing going on today and pressing in general when you include the push ups. The ring rows aren’t enough to counter the pressing, but should still be taken seriously and performed as challenging as possible.

Break up the presses in large sets of 8-10+ reps.
