“Snapper”

This workout is in honor of Mike Marriott, one of my very first CrossFit coaches way back in 2009 at CrossFit Coronado. Mike was the first one to introduce me to a foam roller, PNF stretching, and that being a great coach starts by being a great man.

He passed away last week after losing the battle against pancreatic cancer.

We’re all in some way a product of those who shaped us, and there’s no doubt that a lot of the charm and character of Old City was inspired by Mike.

Today’s workout, we commemorate the “Snapper” (Mike’s call sign from the Marines). Enjoy and Remember.
