**Another doozy of a workout. Similar to Monday in that it has some running, but that’s about it. The distance is shorter, so you should be sprinting each round. Descending rep scheme for both the power cleans and box jumps. The weight isn’t *too* heavy, but the volume will add up. We’d like to see you hit large sets early on. If you’re going singles on the first two sets.. naw, man.. touch and go 5s at least. Take big chunks out of ’em.
