**We like to do “Cindy”. It was the first workout performed at Old City CrossFit when the doors opened nearly 4.5 years ago, and this will be our 9th time programming it. It is a simple bodyweight workout comprised of 3 basic body weight movements. Work for 20 minutes trying to accomplish as many rounds and reps as possible. Again, simple. However, it is easy to get complacent and shorten your ROM on any or all of the 3 movements. Don’t get complacent. Attack each movement.
