**As I mentioned in the weekly post, we’re sticking with the 5x for the main lifts again this week, but dropping the reps and increasing the weight. Still should be hitting all your reps, but the last two sets might have you grinding out the reps. Make sure you’re taking enough rest between sets.
8 rounds of 8 movements on the 8th and final day of Hanukkah. The weight should be light enough for the barbell work that you can easily string together the first 4 movements, and the reps few enough on the last 4 bodyweight movements that you can transition pretty seamlessly between them.
