What a great turnout for H Street Festival on Saturday! Thanks to everyone for your help all day.

Just wanted to highlight a couple events coming up THIS weekend.

Saturday, September 23rd – CrossFit Total from 1-3pm. After warming up, you’ll get three chances to find your single heavies back squat, bench press, and deadlift. See how much you’ve improved since we first tested this back on April 1st. Sign up if you’re planning on coming here.

Sunday, September 24th – Goal setting workshop with Sean and Katie. They will guide you through our step by step process outlined over the last few months via blog posts and videos. The cost is $30 for members and you can sign up HERE.

Let’s talk about the workouts we’ve got coming up this week…

Monday – Starting off the week with some power cleans followed by a heavy barbell complex.

Tuesday – Front squats and a little couplet with some DBs.

Wednesday – Hitting our long workout for the week today with heavy kettlebells.

Thursday – Back squats and D-balls. Final warm-up for the CFT on Saturday.

Friday – Final bench prep followed by a body weight workout.

Saturday – CROSSFIT TOTAL
