Hey folks..
Sorry for the radio silence. It has been a busy couple weeks leading up to the big day. I’ll head out to the race site Friday afternoon and get settled in and hopefully get a restful sleep before starting at 4am. So one way CrossFit HAS prepared me for this race is getting up early just about every day to coach.
Overall I’m feeling nervous. My training and preparation hasn’t been where I wanted it to be since the night time Bunny Run, but it’s best to be under-prepared than over prepared, right?
My first time at MMT was in 2007, and I finished in 35:45 – 15 minutes before the cut off time. I’m returning for the first time since 2014. Looking forward to earning my 6th buckle.
