**Run/work fast = get more rest. This is a ‘do the work’ type workout. The run should take no more than 2:30. You can start lunging as soon as you get through the garage door, and swings start when you reach your kettlebell. We went overhead (American) with the swings during “Helen” last Friday, but we’re going heavier and lower today, keeping the top of the swings around shoulder height.
