**Long, heavy day. Here’s a chance to try a heavier kettlebell and med ball, or a higher box. Even if you’re not comfortable going to a 30″ or 24″ box, try adding a 10, 15, or 25# plate to whatever you’re currently jumping on to get *some* increased height. Same with the kettelbells, if 53# (green) is too much for you, try the 44# (grey) KB.
And with wall balls, the thing we want you to get here is height and depth. Don’t sacrifice using a heavier ball if you can’t hit the men’s (blue 10′) or women’s (red 9′) target or get the full depth in your squat. Master those basics before moving on.
Larger sets of swings and wall balls, so think 2×15, 2×10 if you need to break things up to say consistent.
