**Gotta love days like this where you pick up heavy stuff, and then you pick up more heavy stuff, and then you just do an all out effort of something. Previously we’ve done 30 Dball shoulders, 15/10 bike calories, and now we have a 1k row. I get excited about rowing, but before I get ahead myself, reminders that deadlifts are dead stop – no touch and go – and % is based off of projected 1RM.
