**The main set today is hitting your deadlift 1RM. This should take awhile – warm up, warm up sets, etc. Don’t rush through. If you’re feeling done, you’re done. The speed set and cashout WOD are optional. But if you’re hitting your max in 15 minutes, something’s up. Sets of 5-5-3-3-2-1-1-1 with at least 2 min rest in those singles when you’re hitting 85/90%. I want to see a lot of PRs on the board today!
