**A nice ‘sexy metcon’ to end the work week. Height of the swing is up to you, snatches should be completed 5 per arm at a minimum. If you want to go 15/15, then 10/10, have at it! And close out each round with 20 wall balls. Reps low enough to go unbroken early, then probably 10/10 later rounds.

A lot of hip extension today, but I think you’ll like this workout.
