**Hopefully you’ll enjoy a litle break after going overhead these last three days with the snatches, push press/S2OH, and clusters. But that doesn’t mean your arms will get a break. With the reps so low on the dips, this is a good chance to do them strict, as written, before defaulting to a kip. The time domain is set, so go for singles if you need to. We’ve got heavy (Russian) swings today, and *spoiler* American swings tomorrow. Even with that little tidbit, you should be able to do the 20 swings unbroken. Attack the run, you can rest when the workout is over.
