**What a great way to follow up a bodyweight workout like Murph with some heavy barbell cleans and carries. Nothing like 40 more squats after 300 air squats to get the blood flowing in your legs. Hey.. no one died from doing too many squats, ammirite? Let’s see if you can, at this weight, cycle sets of 3-5. We did this weight last Tuesday with the 800m run and burpees. Much fewer reps, so you should be able to hold onto the barbell a touch longer. Carries taxing your grip? Well, it’s a short carry, so this is something you should be able to move through fairly quickly.
