**Just a good ol’ fashioned chipper today. A couple dumbbell movements mixed in with some bodyweight work for a bad mamma jamma of a pyramid rep scheme. Work your way up to the prize of 50 burpees – 90 on Tuesday was a nice warm up – then back on down. Easy peasy!
