**We’ve got a lot going on here, but it should be a lot of fun, too. At first glance it’s a descending ladder by 10s of 3 movements. However, at the end of every round, you’ll knock out 1 TGU each arm before starting the next ‘rung’ of the ladder. Simple. Don’t be put off by the time cap. Keep grinding away at it, moving as quickly as you can within and between movements.
