**Back squats and clean and jerks. Two weeks ago we did back squats as 12-12-12 and then last week AHAP at 65%. We’ll start off with the back squats and follow with “Grace”. Yes, the girl WOD is a benchmark workout so that has a *bit* more weight/priority. Get the reps in for the squats, but leave some gas in the tank for Grace.
