** As I mentioned in the weekly blog post, the Sunday Gainz class got a head start on the front squats. However, instead of a 2RM, we’re going to a heavy 2 today. So don’t be surprised if you don’t reach the same weight you did on Sunday.

I didn’t feel the need to link movement standards for the toes to bar and burpees as both have been present in the open workouts so far. For the cluster, we’re combining the hang clean and press from 18.1 with the front squat from 18.2 for the DB cluster from the hang. This workout might have an Open feel to it, so go out and attack it.
