**Final tune up before the Oly Meet tomorrow. Strong front squats with a solid front rack will help you drive out of the bottom of that squat.

Workout is pretty technical with both movements. Make the pistols a challenge for you if you have to scale to a box, either sitting to it or stepping down from it. It should be a struggle, and not just downupdownup.

The time domain is set, so use this as a chance to get better at one or both of these movements.
